IT service company ICL Services (part of ICL Group) and Russian software developer MBK Lab have signed a strategic partnership agreement. Together the companies will implement complex projects on migration of foreign mail services of ICL Services customers to the local mail server Tegu Enterprise. This was reported to CNews by representatives of ICL Services.

One of the advantages of migration to Tegu Enterprise is that the product is included in the register of domestic software, meets the requirements of IS and current Russian legislation, and is compatible with any Russian OS based on Linux. The product includes a mail service, address books and calendars, and is similar in functionality and implementation to the foreign solution Microsoft Exchange.

“Designed as a highly loaded and fault-tolerant, the solution of “IBC Laboratory” has a mechanism that allows to scale the cluster without service interruption, and automatic backup eliminates the risk of data loss even in case of critical failures. That is why today Tegu Enterprise is one of the key enterprise-level email solutions on the domestic software market,” said Alexander Golubitsyn, Head of Unix-systems and Opensource-solutions department at ICL Services. – With more than ten deals already in the pipeline for Tegu migration every month, we are confident that partnership with IBC Labs will provide excellent synergy in replacing email solutions”.
